New Art Drop: original Artwork now available

The New Art Drop is now live!

I've been quietly working away in the studio for a while, and I'm so excited to finally the fruits of that labour. My online shop has been updated with a wide range of new pieces, making this my biggest shop update in quite some time.

Whether you're looking to start your art collection, add something new to an existing gallery wall, or simply enjoy discovering original contemporary artwork, there's plenty to explore.

Let me tell you a little more about what’s available…

Sixteen New Mini Oil Paintings

I’ve released 16 brand new mini oil paintings, each celebrating the extraordinary diversity of the animal kingdom through bold colour, intricate pattern, and expressive mark-making.

These small original paintings are all completely unique. Every piece is carefully hand-painted in oils on premium 240gsm acid-free paper.

Although they're small in scale, I love how these paintings invite viewers to pause and appreciate the incredible character, beauty, and individuality found throughout nature. They're perfect for collectors looking for affordable original artwork, whether displayed on their own or grouped together as a colourful collection.

Four Mixed Media Drawings

I've also released four new mixed media drawings created during 2025 and 2026.

Working with graphite powder, charcoal, coloured pencil, and acrylic markers allows me to experiment more freely, layering texture, expressive marks, and vibrant colour. These contemporary portraits combine traditional drawing techniques with influences from street art, resulting in energetic works that blur the line between observation and imagination.

Each A4 drawing is an original piece, exploring personality, narrative, and composition in a way that informs the larger gallery pieces I am currently developing in the ‘21st Century Woman’ series.

Assorted New Original Paintings

I've also added a selection of other original mixed media paintings to the shop, including the newly unveiled ‘Where Stars Bloom’, the serene owl portrait ‘Waiting’, and my very popular Gin-spired work called ‘Sip of Serenity’.

Built through layers of mixed media, these works continue my exploration of colour, texture, and expressive mark-making, balancing quieter, atmospheric passages with bold moments of energy. Each painting develops through an intuitive process, allowing unexpected relationships between colour and surface to emerge as the work evolves.

Three Octopots

Joining the Art Drop are three hand-built ceramic Octopots.

The Octopots feature octopus tentacles wrapping playfully around each vessel. Barnacles, dots, and textured details create moments of discovery from every angle, while subtle flecks of blue and turquoise flow through the glazes, echoing seafoam, tides, and shifting ocean currents.

No two are ever the same. Every pot develops its own personality during the making process, making each one a truly individual ceramic artwork.

Releasing new work is always one of the most exciting parts of being an artist. After months of sketching, painting, drawing, glazing, photographing, and preparing everything for launch, it's incredibly rewarding to finally share these pieces with the world.
